Important update for Premium members

During the early access period, many of the new V2 tools were opened to all Premium users for testing and exploration.

Now that V2 is fully released to the public, the platform has moved to its finalized plan structure. Some of the newer tools that were previously available during early access are now part of higher pricing tiers.

Nothing has been removed from your account. Everything you could do on V1 is still fully available on V2. The only change is that some newer tools introduced during the early access testing phase are now assigned to their intended plan tiers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. You'll continue to have access until your current billing period ends.

What happens if my recurring payment fails?

If a recurring billing payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. All premium features and tracking services will stop, and you will need to purchase a new subscription to regain access. We do not keep subscriptions active after payment failures or attempt to charge you again in the future — you must manually renew your subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal — Supports regional pricing in 25+ currencies. Login with PayPal to see prices in your local currency.
Card (Stripe) — All major credit/debit cards accepted in USD.

Is there a refund policy?

All sales are final. We recommend starting with a 1-month plan to try the service before committing to longer terms.

What's the difference between Recurring Billing and a Single Payment?

Monthly plans automatically renew until cancelled, giving you uninterrupted access. Single payments expire after the chosen duration with no auto-renewal.
