Users are expected to utilize our tools and services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service. VuArchives assumes no responsibility for misuse or illegal activities conducted by users of our tools.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.4 Publicly Available Information

The tools on VuArchives gather and analyze publicly available data from external sources. This refers to information that is accessible without requiring login credentials, payments, or violating terms of service, and does not include proprietary or confidential data.

3.5 Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from utilizing our services to:

• Harvest data in a way that infringes upon the terms and conditions of other websites
• Engage in any illegal, malicious, or harmful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

3.6 User Accountability

4. Account Termination and Suspension

4.1 Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban any user account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Abuse of our services or systems
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Payment disputes or chargebacks
• Any behavior we deem harmful to our platform or other users

4.2 Effect of Termination

Account termination applies regardless of subscription status or payment method. If your account is terminated for abuse or violation of these terms, you will lose access to all services immediately, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period or one-time payments.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay fees or charges accrued prior to the termination date.

5. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

5.1 Payment Methods

VuArchives accepts payments through Stripe and PayPal. We offer both one-time payments and recurring subscription services. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.

5.2 Subscription Services

Premium memberships are available on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5.3 One-Time Payments

Certain features may be available through one-time payments. One-time payments provide access for a specified duration and do not automatically renew.

5.4 Payment Terms

By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms. Payments are processed in advance for the upcoming billing cycle or access period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

5.5 No Refund Policy

All payments, including subscription fees and one-time payments, are non-refundable once a service has been accessed or used. By subscribing or making a payment, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Account termination due to violation of these terms
• Account suspension or ban for abuse
• Unused portions of subscription periods
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with services
• Service disruptions or unavailability caused by third-party platform changes, patches, or restrictions
• Data inaccessibility due to a target user's privacy settings on third-party platforms
• Partial or complete loss of service functionality due to external factors beyond our control

5.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

5.7 Payment Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated through the payment processor, VuArchives reserves the right to immediately suspend or ban your account. This action is taken to protect the integrity of our services and enforce our terms of service.

If a payment dispute is resolved in your favor, we may require additional verification before restoring account access.

5.8 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Virtual Currency (VuAs)

6.1 Nature of Virtual Currency

VuArchives offers a virtual currency known as "VuAs" (also referred to as "coins" or "tokens"). VuAs are a digital unit used exclusively within the VuArchives platform. VuAs have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any form of legal tender, and are non-transferable between user accounts. VuAs do not constitute property and confer no ownership rights.

6.2 Earning VuAs

Users may earn VuAs through various activities, including but not limited to completing third-party surveys, participating in platform events, promotions, and giveaways. The availability and terms of earning opportunities are determined at VuArchives' sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Spending VuAs

VuAs may be used to access certain on-demand platform features and services. Once VuAs are spent on a feature, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

6.4 Pricing of Services

VuArchives reserves the right to change the cost of any service or feature priced in VuAs at any time, without prior notice. This includes increasing, decreasing, or otherwise adjusting the VuA cost of any tool, feature, or on-demand service. Previously purchased access is not affected by price changes, but future usage will reflect the updated pricing.

6.5 Balance Adjustments

VuArchives reserves the right to add, remove, adjust, reset, or revoke VuA balances from any user account at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Reversal of survey completions by third-party providers
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Technical errors that resulted in incorrect crediting
• Account termination or suspension
• Platform maintenance, rebalancing, or operational adjustments
• Any other reason deemed necessary by VuArchives

VuAs are not property and users have no ownership claim over their balance. In the event of account termination, all VuAs associated with the account will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for any balance adjustment.

6.6 No Guarantee of Availability

VuArchives makes no guarantee regarding the continued availability of the VuA system, earning opportunities, or features redeemable with VuAs. We reserve the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue any VuA-purchasable service or the entire virtual currency system at any time, without prior notice and without liability.

7. Third-Party Survey Services

7.1 Survey Provider

VuArchives integrates with third-party survey providers, including TheoremReach, to offer users the opportunity to earn VuAs by completing surveys. These surveys are created, managed, and operated by third-party providers. VuArchives is not responsible for survey content, availability, qualification criteria, or the experience provided by these third-party services.

7.2 Data Sharing

When you participate in surveys, certain information — including your user ID and IP address — is shared with the survey provider to facilitate the survey experience and reward process. By participating in surveys, you consent to this data sharing. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party survey providers, including TheoremReach's Terms of Service.

7.3 Reward Reversals

Survey rewards may be reversed by the third-party provider if a survey completion is determined to be fraudulent, invalid, or in violation of the provider's quality standards. When a reversal occurs, the corresponding VuAs will be automatically deducted from your balance. VuArchives has no control over reversal decisions made by third-party providers.

7.4 User Bans

Third-party survey providers may ban users from accessing surveys for reasons including but not limited to fraudulent behavior, VPN usage, inconsistent responses, or violation of their terms of service. VuArchives is not responsible for and cannot override bans imposed by third-party survey providers.

7.5 No Guaranteed Earnings

Survey availability and payout amounts vary based on factors outside VuArchives' control, including user demographics, geographic location, and provider inventory. VuArchives makes no guarantee regarding the availability of surveys, the amount of VuAs that can be earned, or the frequency of earning opportunities.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

8.1 Information Collection

Our services operate by collecting both personal and non-personal information to improve, secure, and manage our offerings. We collect various types of information including:

• Account registration information (email, username, etc.)
• Usage data and analytics
• Technical information about your device and connection
• Security-related information necessary for fraud prevention and account protection

To maintain the security and integrity of our platform, we employ various security measures and technologies. This includes collecting technical identifiers and connection information that help us identify and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and abuse of our services.

These security measures are essential for protecting both our platform and legitimate users from malicious actors.

• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats

9.4 Copyright Infringement Notifications

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors or omissions in content

• Disruption, degradation, or discontinuation of services caused by changes, patches, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
• Inability to access data due to privacy settings configured by users on third-party platforms

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

VuArchives provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Because our services depend on third-party platforms that may change or restrict access at any time, we make no warranty that any specific feature or service will remain available or functional indefinitely.

12. Third-Party Platform Dependency and Disclaimer

12.1 Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

VuArchives is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IMVU Inc., Together Labs, or any other third-party platform, service, or parent company whose data may be referenced or analyzed through our tools. VuArchives operates independently and has no association with any external platform or its parent entities in any capacity.

All data is collected through publicly available methods and APIs. We do not collect, store, or process any personal user data beyond publicly accessible information. No copyrighted material is stored on our servers. Any data displayed through our services is retrieved in real-time from publicly accessible sources and is not permanently retained.

12.2 Dependency on Third-Party Platforms

VuArchives' services rely on the availability of publicly accessible data from third-party platforms. The functionality, availability, and accuracy of our services are directly dependent on these external platforms and are therefore outside of our control. By using VuArchives, you acknowledge and accept this dependency.

12.3 User Privacy Settings on Third-Party Platforms

Certain features of VuArchives may be limited or unavailable if the target user has configured their privacy settings on a third-party platform to restrict public access to their data. For example, if a user has set their outfits, profile, or other information to private on the originating platform, VuArchives cannot retrieve or display that data. This is not a malfunction of our service — it is a limitation imposed by the third-party platform's privacy controls, and no refund or credit will be issued as a result.

12.4 Third-Party Platform Changes

Third-party platforms may, at any time and without notice, modify, restrict, patch, or discontinue their APIs, data access methods, privacy policies, or platform functionality. Such changes may partially or fully disrupt, degrade, or permanently disable one or more VuArchives services. These changes are entirely outside of our control.

VuArchives is not responsible for any loss of service functionality caused by changes made by third-party platforms. In the event that a third-party platform change renders any of our services temporarily or permanently unavailable, no refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind will be provided.

12.5 No Guarantee of Continued Service

Due to the nature of our dependency on third-party platforms, VuArchives does not and cannot guarantee the uninterrupted or continued availability of any specific feature or service. Services that function today may become unavailable in the future due to external changes beyond our control. By subscribing or making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

VuArchives operates as an independent platform and is not associated with or endorsed by any third-party platforms or services. The information and analysis provided are solely for educational and analytical purposes and are not intended for unauthorized activities.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party websites or services that may be linked from or referenced on our platform.
